Medicine as nature intended

Harvested my first wild Ganoderma (reishi) mushroom today.

The tea is delicious. I’ve never much liked the taste of reishi with the dried varieties I’ve had over the years. This is sublime, delicate and, well, again, delicious! It’s also exactly the medicine I needed today.

I’m not kidding. I’m actively fighting a very stubborn viral part of the biofilm today. Reishi is a potent antiviral, among other things.

I do a lot of rotatation of herbs, food and medicine because of the multiple resistant infections…nature made sure I had this beautiful specimen today. Thank you mamma.
