the nervous system, microbiome and our ancestors
Nervous systems have recorded every instance of repression/denial. A store of tension from ancestors as well.
This store of repressed emotions, denial, violence etc is stored in DNA the microbiome which is also inherited during the birth process.. – it’s Karma – it’s epigenetic.

Poke (Phytolacca Americana) Plant ally and friend
Poke is a plant that many fear. The berries can indeed kill dogs and children and make adults quite ill. They are potent detoxifiers. Birds love them. The roots make wonderful tinctures and balms.
